  1. First of all we need to make the dough. To do that, search for the 'How to make Catalan coca' recipe and follow the instructions.
  2. Once we have the coca dough ready, spread the sardines pate all over the coca.
  3. Julienne the onion and spread it over the pate. Then sprinkle the crumbled tuna.
  4. Cut the tomato in paper-thin slices and place them on top.
  5. Decorate with the anchovy fillets.
  6. Place in the oven at 220ºC for 10-15 minutes or until golden, being careful not to burn the coca.
  7. Let cool it down and serve.
